Responsibilities

Roxbury is currently hiring a full-time Allied Therapist to work with our patients on our adult and adolescent psychiatric units.

The Allied Therapistassesses patients’ leisure and recreational development needs, providing age and developmentally-appropriate therapy groups and establishing behavioral treatment goals in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Roxbury Treatment Center.

Qualifications

Allied Therapist Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in Allied Therapy or other related field which includes a practicum in health or human service agency preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Allied Therapy or other related field and one year of clinical experience in a health or human services agency required. Certification as a registered allied therapist required with Bachelor's Degree.
