Come and join Optimum Care Counseling and Wellness Solutions, LLC. If you reside in the US and have a Master's degree in mental and behavioral health, counseling, marriage counseling, or related fields, you are welcome to apply.

Our goal at Optimum Care Counseling and Wellness Solutions is to help clients use their strengths to gain insight and feel more in control. We are seeking applicants with a Master's in Mental or Behavioral Health and/or Counseling; we can assist with licensing and supervision during practice.

We offer flexible hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week. You will provide individual counseling to children, adults, and the elderly remotely from your home office, as we are 100% virtual. We utilize a robust electronic health records system and a telehealth platform for virtual sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Establish open communication with clients experiencing mental or emotional issues
• Assist individuals with mental and behavioral health concerns
• Provide prevention-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, or psychoanalytic therapies
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, other providers, and agencies
• Complete documentation promptly
• Complete online EHR training (paid, approximately 10-15 hours)

Qualifications:

• Experience in mental and behavioral health counseling or related fields is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
