Everline Resort & Spa in California is seeking a Recreation Supervisor to oversee the recreation team and support the Recreation Manager starting December 2026. You will manage facilities and foster friendly guest relations while collaborating with leadership to design unique activities for guests, owners, and communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous recreation experience.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or resort environment preferred.
• Ability to provide legible communication and directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service.
• Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

As a Recreation Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the recreation team and assisting the Recreation Manager at Everline Resort & Spa starting in December 2026 You'll oversee recreation facilities, ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. With creativity and curiosity you will work with recreation leadership to create and execute memorable and unique activities for our guests, owners, and community.

• Typical equipment used include but are not limited radios, ice resurfacers, cleaning supplies, handheld devices, phones, and computers.

Wage Range: $25/HR
