Everline Resort & Spa in California’s Olympic Valley seeks a Recreation Supervisor to lead our recreation team and assist the Recreation Manager starting in December 2026. You will oversee facilities and foster guest, owner, and community experiences with creativity.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in recreation, a high school diploma, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; hospitality experience is preferred to deliver memorable programming and guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recreation experience.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or resort environment preferred.
• Ability to provide legible communication and directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service.
• Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

As a Recreation Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the recreation team and assisting the Recreation Manager at Everline Resort & Spa starting in December 2026 You'll oversee recreation facilities, ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. With creativity and curiosity you will work with recreation leadership to create and execute memorable and unique activities for our guests, owners, and community.
