City of Auburn is seeking a Recreation Assistant/Leader for a temporary role overseeing recreational programs, camps, and events. You will provide on-site leadership, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure safety and smooth operations of activities for diverse participants.
The role involves training and supervising program staff, enforcing rules, and coordinating with the public, officials, and contractors.
This is a temporary position. The employee is responsible for supervision of a program, and assists in specificprogram planning and in the training and supervision of other program staff and volunteers.
Recreational programs, camps, and events such as Preschool Programs, Late Nights, Specialized Recreation, School Break Camps, 1-Day Events, etc.
