Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in recreation, public or business administration or related field.
• Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in recreation programming or related field, including two (2) years in supervisory or lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, review, and evaluate staff and volunteers in recreation programs and events.
• Develop goals and procedures for services and programs; implement policies and SOPs.
• Monitor activities and recommend process improvements for service delivery.
• Coordinate services with other divisions and outside agencies.
• Participate in budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
• Prepare reports and maintain records and files for operations.
