Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervise part-time and seasonal staff; recruit and onboard employees.
• Plan and oversee preschool, youth, and family recreation programs and events.
• Evaluate community needs and update program offerings and schedules.
• Monitor registrations, attendance, and financial performance; prepare reports.
• Coordinate budgets, contracts, and marketing with department partners.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies and emergency procedures.
