Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Sixty college hours in Recreational Management or related field.
• One year of supervision experience in recreation or leisure activities.
• Ability to supervise and communicate clearly with participants and staff; custody experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the overall recreational program.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities per facility schedule.
• Maintain inventories of supplies, tools, equipment.
• Order replacement items and arrange proper equipment.
• Maintain safety and sanitation of recreational areas.
• Prepare and disseminate safety, accident, and other reports.
