• Create a comprehensive annual recreation plan to promote well-being of the population.
• Coordinate leisure time activities, structured activities, and special events with facility and community.
• Oversee recreation planning, events, equipment purchasing, inventory, and area maintenance.
• Ensure accessibility of programs for offenders with disabilities or those in restrictive housing.
• Coordinate with community agencies and volunteers to enrich programs.
• Supervise staff and offenders during recreation programs; no offender caseload.
