Recreation Program and Operations Coordinator

This dynamic position combines recreation programming, department administration, customer service, youth services, event coordination, and aquatics management. The Coordinator serves as the primary administrator for recreation software and registration systems, assists with year-round program planning, supports summer camp operations, coordinates community recreation programs and special events, and serves as Pool Director during the summer season.

Compensation: $19.00–$21.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time, hourly position eligible for overtime and includes an excellent benefits package with health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, sick leave, retirement benefits, and more.

Qualified candidates should have an associate degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) and at least two years of progressively responsible experience in recreation, youth services, aquatics, education, administration, or program coordination.

Some evening, weekend, and holiday work is required. Successful candidates must pass required background checks and possess a valid driver\'s license.
