City of Richland is seeking a Recreation Program Manager to design, organize, and oversee city-wide programs and activities for residents of all ages. You will lead a dedicated team under the Parks & Public Facilities Director and ensure high-quality recreational experiences.

The role requires an Associate/technical degree in Recreation, 3 years of program experience, and 2 years in supervision. Flex scheduling and evening/community events are anticipated.

To help balance this, flexible scheduling options, including a 9/80 schedule with alternating Fridays off, may be available upon approval.This position is open until filled, with first consideration given to those applicants who apply prior to August 17, 2026.Selection will be based on overall qualifications, skills testing (if applicable) , and an interview process.
