Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Resort managed by Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks a Recreation Manager to design and oversee guest programs at Islamorada. You will adjust activities for weather and season, attract targeted guests, and communicate program details clearly to teams and guests.

Overview

The Recreation Manager will present timely activities and programs including adjustments due to weather and seasonal fluctuations; design programs that attract targeted guest population; efficiency in using hotel's resources to publicize program information; produce effective communications that are appropriate for the audience; effectively handle guests and clients by phone. Organize quality programs targeted to meet the needs and limits of a variety of guests; assist in the evaluation of events against both participant expectations and financial objectives; respond promptly and professionally to guest comments regarding programs.
