Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Three Waters Resort & Marina in Islamorada, FL. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, lead a team of staff, and maintain top cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards.

The role requires 6 months in housekeeping, supervisory experience, and strong English communication. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is expected, with proficiency in housekeeping software and a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required.
Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
Read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations.
Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
