Job summary

Hopkins Center is hiring a Recreation Leader to join a team-oriented facility. The role offers a shift from 11:00am to 7:00pm, Sunday to Thursday, with competitive rates and excellent health benefits.

A Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field is required, CTRS preferred but not essential, and 3–5 years of experience in a long-term care setting is desirable. Join us to create meaningful activities, document progress, and contribute to a supportive environment for residents

• CTRS certification preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Therapeutic Recreation, preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate individual and group recreation therapy interventions.
• Proficient in documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and care plans.
• Must be able to create individualized care plan goals and appropriate intervention.
• Strong and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
