Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a general office environment.
• Knowledge of basic office practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors of the Recreation Center and parks.
• Answer, refer, and handle incoming calls and greet the public.
• Assist facility users and maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for patrons.
• Perform clerical duties under supervision and coordinate rentals as needed.
• Maintain accurate files, mail handling, and daily reports.
