Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred; plus one year of work experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment, decisiveness and creativity in evaluating information.
• Some tasks require oral communication and color/visual cue perception.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and assistance about services, activities, and procedures; respond to routine questions and address complaints.
• Process participant registrations, court reservations, tournament registrations, and schedules; enter data and collect fees.
• Prepare facilities according to daily schedule; open/close facility, unlock/lock doors, turn on lights, disarm alarm, set up teardown and perform routine cleaning.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality within customary tolerances for this position.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
