Job summary

Army Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) seeks a front-line staff member to assist patrons in a usage facility, ensuring service is satisfactory and resolving complaints. You will help patrons check out equipment, give safety instructions, demonstrate new equipment, and assist with classes, events and tournaments.

This position also involves performing other duties as assigned and supporting additional operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of work or volunteer experience dealing with the general public.
• Resumes should clearly demonstrate relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.

Responsibilities

• Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory and resolves complaints.
• Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, giving safety instruction, and demonstrating equipment.
• Plans, conducts and publicizes support for events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
