Army NAF Fort Drum is seeking staff to ensure high-quality customer service, assist patrons with equipment use, safety instruction, and demonstrations. The role includes planning for events and supporting social activities, tournaments, and related functions.

Ideal candidates have at least six months' experience with the general public, and may provide guidance to other staff. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of work experience involving dealing with the general public.

Responsabilités

• Circulates among patrons to ensure service is satisfactory and handles complaints.
• Assist patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, giving safety instructions, and demonstrating new equipment.
• Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
• May provide work guidance to other staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
