Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Attractions Team Member II at Stone Mountain Park and Attractions. The role focuses on repairing recreation rental equipment such as bikes and skis, and assisting guests with equipment selection for proper fit. Flexible schedule and physical work are required.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, inspecting items daily, repairing damaged equipment, and following Aramark procedures to ensure safe, courteous service to guests at all times.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 1–2 years experience with recreation equipment repair preferred, with current certification to work on equipment.
• Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all recreation equipment in line with company procedures or policies.
• Assist guests with selecting the type, size, and use of equipment for proper fit.
• Becomes familiar with all types of equipment used and communicates with guests to ensure courteous service.
• Inspects inventoried rental equipment daily and after any accident per Aramark procedures.
• Repairs damaged equipment and replaces parts using proper tools (e.g., handlebars, seats, tires).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
