Job summary

Alvin Parks and Recreation seeks a Customer Experience Coordinator to coordinate, supervise and administer all areas of customer experience. This role involves supervising front desk and child watch staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality service.

You will hire, train, and manage staff, including seasonal personnel, and oversee social media presence. CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtainable within 90 days, with potential emergency duties when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED plus 2 years of recreation/community services experience including 1 year of administrative and supervisory responsibility.
• Current Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in childcare or with child watch principals preferred.
• Strong social media experience preferred.
• Certified Parks and Recreation Professional (CPRP) desirable.
