Job summary

Navy Region Southwest Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) is seeking staff to support the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Community Recreation program. Responsibilities include customer service, information provision, facility/reservation support, and program administration.

The role involves assisting with special events, trips, workshops, and community activities, managing inventory, and processing registrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or recreation activity-based functions.
• Ability to organize, plan, administer special events and entertainment activities.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information for Community Recreation programs and activities.
• Assist in day-to-day administration of multiple programs and data entry.
• Process registrations, reservations and payments using POS and computer systems.
• Support planning and execution of events, trips, workshops, and promotions.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper equipment accountability.
