Job summary

Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks a motivated team member to support the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Community Recreation program. You will assist with events, information services, facility use, and activity bookings, ensuring excellent customer experiences on base.

The role involves handling registrations, tickets, and rentals, coordinating with partners, and helping operate daily recreation activities, in a busy on-base environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or recreation activity-based functions.
• Ability to organize, plan, and administer events.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information for Community Recreation programs.
• Handle sales and payments using POS and track daily transactions.
• Assist in planning and executing MWR events and activities on base.
