Job summary

The Town of Little Elm is seeking a Recreation Leader to join our recreation team. Under supervision, you will deliver excellent customer service, assist with registrations, monitor activities, and help maintain a clean, safe environment across facilities such as the front desk, fitness area and program spaces.

Must be at least 16 years old with six months of customer service experience or equivalent. Flexible shifts include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have six months customer service or public contact experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently is required.
• Knowledge of customer service practices and procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to participants and answer inquiries.
• Handle registrations and assist with promoting Town activities.
• Enforce policies, monitor areas and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and basic front desk tasks.
• Process cash and reconcile receipts at end of shift.
• Assist with events and set-up/cleanup as needed.
