The Opportunity

Recreation Attendant (Part-Time) supporting Explorer Island, featuring a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop, as well as activities like beach volleyball, basketball, and gaming at The Hideout. Support our Kids for All Seasons program on the island.

Responsibilities

1. Provide guests with water, towels, and assistance with seating at the beach area.
2. Respond to guest interactions courteously and professionally to maximize satisfaction.
3. Organize and conduct tennis and pickleball clinics, lessons, and tournaments.
4. Oversee court operations, including scheduling, cleanliness, and maintenance.
5. Lead summer camp activities for pickleball.
6. Perform other duties related to racquet sports and court management.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Experience working outdoors in a resort setting.
2. Availability for at least 3 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
3. Pickleball Pro Certification required.
4. Ability to work in high temperatures and adapt to daily changes.
5. Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
