Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

• Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• A team player who enjoys creating fun, engaging experiences for guests.
• Previous experience in recreation or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Poolside setup and maintenance, including towels, lounge chairs, and cabanas, to keep the area inviting.
• Assist guests with requests and ensure they have what they need for a perfect day by the water.
• Lead activities such as trivia, bingo, slide races, and other games throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for all guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Poolside Paradise: Help set up and maintain the pool area by folding and replenishing towels, setting up lounge chairs and cabanas, and keeping everything clean and organized so guests can enjoy their time in the sun.
• Guest Support: Assist guests with any requests, big or small, from answering questions to making sure they have everything they need for a perfect day by the water.
• Leading the Fun: Take charge of activities including trivia, bingo, slide races, kickball, tug o war and MORE! Daily we have different activities and programs for our guests to participate in.
• Maintaining the Atmosphere: Keep the pool areas spotless and inviting, picking up around the space and ensuring the environment remains clean and comfortable for everyone
