The Opportunity :

Recreation Attendant (On-Call)

Who We Look For :

We are looking for an individual who can provide support for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool , Splash Zone , Lazy River , and The Drop . Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout . Our complimentary Kids for All S easons program is also located on the island.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide guests with water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool areas

  • Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges

  • Comfortable outside during times of high temperatures.

  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.

  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.

  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
