Job summary

Andaz Maui at Wailea seeks a Recreation Attendant to run programs across the resort’s pools, beach, cabanas, and fitness center, delivering outstanding guest service.

You will help with towel/amenity refresh for five pools, coordinate fitness activities, and facilitate guests' activities as requested, while maintaining a warm, professional, and accommodating hospitality presence.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry moderate weight.
• Availability to work at least two full days weekly including mornings, middays, evenings, weekends.

Summary

Andaz Maui at Wailea is the first resort for the Andaz brand. Situated on Maui’s premier southwestern coastline, the 15-acre beachfront resort will be located along Mokapu Beach in Wailea, one of the most sought after leisure and resort destinations in the world. Organization - Andaz Maui at Wailea

The Recreation Attendant will be responsible for conducting the recreational programs within the pool, beach, cabanas, and fitness center. The primary goal is to ensure maximum guest satisfaction during all planned events and services. This will include the towel and amenity setup & refresh of all 5 resort pools, coordinate fitness center activities, and all available activities as requested by guests.

90 - Day Introductory Rate: $21.62

Hourly Rate: $25.44

This is a temporary seasonal position expected to continue through March 31, 2027, and may be extended if necessary.

This role will be eligible for the following benefits, after meeting initial eligibility period:
