Mauna Lani, part of Auberge Collection, seeks a Pool & Beach Attendant for the festive-season period to deliver authentic, luxury guest service by the pool and beach. You will assist guests with towels and amenities, share menu knowledge, and ensure a memorable experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment at a premier resort on Hawaii's Kohala Coast.

The role requires strong hospitality instincts, certs in First Aid/CPR/AED or equivalent, and a preference for lifeguard training.

• American Red Cross First Aid, AED and CPR certification required (or equivalent).
• American Red Cross Lifeguard certification recommended (or equivalent).

Job Description

This is a temporary position from December 23, 2026 through January 6, 2027 during the festive season.

The base salary for this position is $22.86 hourly.

Our Pool & Beach Attendant will be responsible for creating local, authentic and memorable experiences for every guest at the pool and beach and during other various activities. The Pool and Beach Attendant will graciously provide towels, amenities, seating options and have exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items to the guests. The Pool & Beach Attendant’s comprehensive scope of work creates a sense of ownership for the associate and a personal connection for the guests enjoying the pool and beach area. The successful candidate will be able to handle a face paced and high volume work environment while maintaining luxury guest service.

Qualifications

• Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• High school degree preferred.
• Prefer previous Pool & Beach and safety experience.
• American Red Cross certification in First Aid, AED and CPR required(or equivalent).
• American Red Cross Lifeguard certification recommended (or equivalent).
