Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort, seeks a Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional spa services at our luxury resort on Maui. The role may be performed in outdoor cabana and requires Hawaii state licensing.

You will restock and refresh treatment rooms, assist with laundry, and maintain clean back-of-house spaces while delivering guest‑focused care and contributing to a calm, personalized experience. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort is the first resort for the Andaz brand. Situated on Maui’s premier southwestern coastline, the 15-acre beachfront resort will be located along Mokapu Beach in Wailea, one of the most sought after leisure and resort destinations in the world. The luxury resort community of Wailea includes a 1.2 mile-long oceanfront beach path connecting five crescent-shaped, golden-sand beaches, a premier shopping center and distinguished restaurants.

The Licensed Massage Therapist will be responsible for delivery of exceptional services to our guest that will include massage therapy treatment. This position may be required to perform services in outdoor cabana.

In addition to providing outstanding spa services to guests, the Licensed Massage Therapist will be required to restock and refresh treatment rooms per standard before and after treatments and back of house space, assist in folding and sorting laundry, cleaning and sanitizing.

Hourly Rate for this position is $16.00. This position is also eligible to earn commissions, tips and/or service charge.

Qualifications

• Must have appropriate licensing and certifications to work in the State of Hawaii.
• Must have excellent communication skills, guest service skills, confidence in technical skills, time management awareness, and be an exceptional team player.
• Must provide a minimum two full days of work availability each week - full days consists of mornings, mid-day, and afternoons.
