Job description

Storey Park Community Association is excited to announce the career opportunity of a Recreation Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. The Recreation Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall resident experience at the amenity areas.

Requirements:

• Must work weekends.
• Preferred CPR/AED certification.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to deliver excellent guest service.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular checks to verify residents have appropriate credentials.
• Enforce community standards and amenity rules to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Monitor pool area to ensure safety and address concerns promptly, including closing outdoor amenities during threatening weather.
• Assist with poolside events or special functions as requested.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or hazards in amenity areas.
• Keep amenity areas clean and well-maintained.
• Assist in various community tasks to support overall operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
