Job summary

Eagle Landing Golf Club in Orange Park, FL is seeking a friendly Recreation Attendant to join our hospitality team. You will answer guest inquiries, share activity information, and help manage reservations to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–3 months related experience. Weekend availability is required, and you will contribute to a clean, welcoming facility with reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls and responds accurately to inquiries regarding hours of operation, activity descriptions, event locations and other general information.

• Creates, organizes and manages various reservation books.
• Follows set criteria to ensure proper and consistent reservations.
• Greets and directs facility traffic.
• Performs other duties including policy updates, facility cleaning, money handling and inventory.

Key Responsibilities of the Recreation Attendant:

• Answers incoming calls and responds accurately to inquiries regarding hours of operation, activity descriptions, event locations and other general information.
• Processes guest requests by faxing, mailing, or emailing activity information.
• Creates, organizes and manages various reservation books.
• Follows set criteria to ensure proper and consistent reservations
• Prepares daily appointment sheet for each activity.
• Greets and directs facility traffic.
• Performs other duties as required including, but not limited to: staying up-to-date on all facility policies and procedures, facility cleaning and upkeep, maintaining a clean work environment, money handling and inventory.

Minimum Qualifications for the Recreation Attendant:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable work attendance.
• Must be available to work weekends - REQUIRED
