Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Recreation Attendant to assist guests by performing duties assigned by management while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help guests with equipment, answer questions about activities, maintain logs, and keep locker rooms clean and safe. This role requires a high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills, with physical stamina for constant movement and lifting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and coordinate priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with transporting and storing recreation equipment.
• Answer questions regarding recreation activities, directions, concerns, or preferences.
• Keep records of guest recreation equipment and maintain the log book for all equipment.
• Service locker rooms and attending areas to ensure a clean and safe area for guests.
• Resolve minor guest concerns.
• Perform other assigned duties.
