Typical duties include:

• Promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for Owner/guests in recreational activities and areas.
• Expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
• Providing information about recreational facilities, activities, lessons, and equipment.
• Encouraging guests to participate in recreation activities.
• Registering and scheduling guests for activities and recording information.
• Processing payments for rentals, activities, and retail sales.

Guest Experience and Standards:

• Welcoming and assisting guests promptly and professionally.
• Interacting courteously with colleagues and guests.
• Contributing to team goals.
• Following company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
• Lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Background and drug screening may be required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
