Job description

This position is located in the Community Recreation Branch, Morale, Welfare & Recreation, Naval Support Activity Panama City, Florida. The primary purpose of the position is to perform as a Marine Forklift Operator to lift, lower, and transport watercraft and to assist in the operation of the marina and outdoor recreation program.

Duties

Perform forklift operations, assist in marina activities, and support outdoor recreation programs.

Requirements

• Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successfully complete a background investigation, including fingerprinting and background inquiry forms.
• Must pass the E-verify employment verification check; resolve any discrepancies.
• Complete the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process with two forms of identification from Form I-9.
• May be required to pass pre-employment examinations.
• Must possess a valid State driver's license.
• Salary must be sent via Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
• Application/Resume must reflect the skills and knowledge required, as stated in the duties section.
• Willingness to work morning (starting at 0500) or evening shifts (ending at 2300).

Qualifications

Additional Information
