What you'll be doing day to day
Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders across various sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficient product availability and replenishment process.• Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.• Moving products to final selling locations (storage or sales floor).• Performing sales space replenishment according to visual merchandising guidelines.• Selecting goods for customers within the designated time frame to ensure an excellent customer experience.• Certifying operation of powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.• Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management systems.• Promoting an environment that reflects IKEA's culture, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment roles. Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet jack) is preferred.

The hourly pay range for this position is $21.71-$30.92.
