This position involves supervising swimming pool activities during the summer season, overseeing lifeguards, enforcing safety rules, providing rescue and first aid, and maintaining pool and facility safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supervising lifeguards and pool activities in the absence of the Lifeguard Supervisor
2. Enforcing safety rules and responding to safety incidents with rescue techniques and first aid
3. Monitoring water quality and facility conditions
4. Performing gate control and cashier duties as needed
5. Assisting with swimming lessons and participating in training
6. Working non-regular shifts including nights and weekends

Minimum requirements:

• Valid, nationally recognized lifeguard, first aid, and CPR certifications
• At least 2 years of lifeguard experience
• Ability to lift 45 pounds and handle cash accurately
• Availability for non-regular shifts and proof of Hepatitis B immunization
