All positions assigned to the NAF Fleet and Family Readiness Programs at NAVSTA Great Lakes support the MWR Program at the Community Recreation Office and Marina. Responsibilities include assisting with special events, programs, resale/retail operations, providing recreational services, managing resources, and facility operations.
Must pass background checks and E-Verify. Starting May 7, 2025, valid ID is required for access to CNRMA Installations. Must adhere to sanitation standards and report maintenance issues.
Candidates should demonstrate experience in customer service and recreation activities, with skills in organizing events, decision-making, effective communication, and computer proficiency. Knowledge of Navy MWR programs is preferred.
Salary depends on experience and education. Participation in a probationary period and electronic funds transfer is required. The position may require travel and adherence to drug-free workplace policies.
