The Recreation Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by organizing and facilitating engaging recreational activities. This position focuses on promoting physical, mental, and social well-being through various programs tailored to residents' interests and abilities. The Recreation Assistant will work closely with residents to encourage participation and foster a sense of community within the facility.
