Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to relate professionally and positively to residents and families, and work cooperatively with others
• Interest in resident-centered recreation programs
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and physical/drug screen post-offer

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activity Director in developing, organizing, and implementing therapeutic recreation services tailored to residents' needs and interests
• Complete documentation, assist with planning and leading special events, and maintain supplies and equipment
