This position is located in the Windy Harbor Golf Course, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department, Naval Station Mayport, Florida.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Incumbent is responsible for the staging and care of golf carts for daily play, and the securing of rental equipment and buildings at the end of the day. Picks up range balls using a ball picker then cleans and maintains range ball supply. Has an awareness of keeping golf carts staged for play and set-up for weekly and special shotgun start events.

Routinely performs maintenance of checking tire pressure and filling golf cart batteries, cleaning of windshields and basic cleaning of golf carts. General maintenance of buildings, which may include cleaning restrooms in main building and on course restrooms, picking up trash around/inside cart barn area. Places water at water stations on the golf course twice daily. May assist other department facilities during special events or when required.

And other duties that are assigned. Advises supervisor when carts/equipment are returned damaged. Ability to follow oral and written instruction.
