Job summary

Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center in Hazlet, NJ is seeking a Recreation Aide to create engaging activities for residents and enrich their daily lives. The role emphasizes compassion, energy, and strong teamwork in a supportive senior-care setting.

The position is full-time with a schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (some evenings and every other weekend), and offers opportunities to plan events, lead programs, and ensure resident safety and dignity throughout activities.

Qualifications

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with a passion for working with the elderly.
• Previous experience with geriatric/adult population preferred.
• Compassionate, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
