Job summary

ExcelCare At the Pines in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking a part-time Recreation Aide to organize and lead a variety of recreational activities for residents, including games, crafts, music sessions, and group events.

You will encourage resident involvement, adapt programs to different abilities, assist with transporting residents to activities, and document participation to support planning and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in long-term care or working with older adults preferred.
• Energetic, personable, and enthusiastic about making a difference.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Physical ability to assist residents as needed and support activity setup.
