Job description

Duties

1. Continuously observe the swimming area to ensure the safety of patrons.
2. Ensure the swimming area is open at scheduled times and only authorized persons are admitted.
3. Rescue swimmers in trouble, administer first aid promptly, and call for medical assistance if needed.
4. Operate water pumps and control chemical additives in pools to meet safety standards.
5. Inspect diving boards regularly for cracks or loose matting and perform necessary repairs.
6. Perform other related duties such as cleaning bath houses, pools, decks, beach, and sunbathing areas.

Requirements

• This position requires completion of a background investigation with favorable results.

Qualifications
