Country Village Center is hiring a Recreation Assistant to enrich residents' lives through engaging activities. This FT role offers 32 hours per week, with every other weekend and some evenings/holidays.

You will plan and implement activities addressing physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs, documenting participation and attending care plan meetings as required. We value effective communication, organization, and positive engagement with patients, families, and staff to support

• Effective communicator with clear verbal and written skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and record keeping.
• Able to positively engage with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities meeting residents' physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs.
• Document attendance and participation in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
