Job summary

Lakeland-Healthcare-Center is seeking a per diem Activities Coordinator to plan and implement engaging activities for residents across settings. You will tailor programs to physical, educational, and social needs, helping residents maintain wellbeing.

In this position, you will involve residents and families in planning, coordinate with other departments, and adapt plans to diagnoses and conditions to promote a holistic daily life for residents.

• Oversee residents engaged in scheduled activities to promote physical, social and mental wellbeing.
• Involve the resident and family in planning activity programs when possible.

• The primary job duty is responsible for planning and implementing residents with physical, educational, and/or social activities in a variety of settings.
