Qualifications

• Flexibility to adjust your schedule based on shifting facility needs or sudden issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead weekly/monthly recreation schedules featuring activities like yoga, arts, storytelling, exercise, sports, music, and board games.
• Create and run programs that engage residents and foster community involvement.
• Host bimonthly events such as Open Mic nights, talent shows, Field Days, and guest speaker events.
• Coordinate external facilitators, guest speakers, and recovery speakers for events.
• Manage the basic monthly budget allocated for groups, events, and recreational planning; maintain inventory and submit requisitions.
• Ensure timely documentation of participation and audit group notes/sign-in sheets for prizes or interventions.
