Job summary

Apex Recovery LLC (TN) in Loudon is seeking a dependable Transportation Driver to transport clients to and from treatment programs, while maintaining safety and professionalism. This role also assists with facility operations as a Recovery Support staff member when not driving, and may help with census management.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid certification (or plan to obtain), and be able to pass background checks and drug

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
• Must meet eligibility requirements for Apex’s auto insurance policy.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Previous experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for clients and for admissions/discharges.
• Prioritize client transport to and from the Loudon facility.
• Maintain a professional, calm, and respectful demeanor with clients in vulnerable states.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report and coordinate maintenance.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, stocked, and road-ready at all times.
• Manage store runs and facility-related errands.
• Complete transportation logs and mileage reports accurately.
