Volunteers of America Southeast Louisiana Inc seeks a Van Driver/Family Recovery Support in New Orleans. Under the Recovery House Manager, you will coordinate and transport residents to community sites, ensuring safety and supporting residents in early recovery from substance use disorders.

When not transporting, you will handle Family Recovery Support duties: monitoring the residential center, signing in residents and staff, and performing light cleaning, laundry, and organization.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of professional driving experience required.
• (Preferred) Lived experience with substance use disorder and 12+ months recovery sought.
• (Preferred) Experience working with women in recovery is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate transportation with residents and ensure safety during trips.
• Sign agency vehicle in/out and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Ensure children are in properly secured car seats as appropriate.
• Sign in/out residents and staff, and monitor building access per policies.
