Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Recovery Technician to provide direct and indirect patient care at Northpoint facilities in Edmonds, WA. The role supports treatment plans, maintains a structured milieu, and collaborates with clinical staff to promote safety and positive patient outcomes.

The position requires 1+ year of related experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Strong English usage and communication skills.
• Ability to implement department programs, goals, and procedures.
• Ability to establish boundaries and build rapport with patients.
• Knowledge of local geographic area to ensure efficient routing.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and report observations to clinical staff.
• Maintain daily schedules and transport coordination.
• Provide patient observation rounds and supportive milieu management.
• Assist with activities, education groups, and documentation of care.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and adherence to policies.
• Assist in orientation of new admissions and discharge planning.
