The role focuses on recovery-oriented, trauma-informed support to residents in residential and crisis services, helping clients build hope, wellness, and independence in a safe, therapeutic setting. You will promote self-directed recovery, assist with treatment plans, and collaborate with staff to ensure a sanitary, supportive living environment.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $17.00 - $18.00 an hour.
